The agreement
Magitile is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add what is particular to Magitile. If you have a question about them, write to appromiser@protonmail.com.
Magitile Premium
- Magitile Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, weekly or yearly. The price is shown in the app before you buy and may differ by country.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before that.
- You can manage or cancel it in your device’s Settings, under your name › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- If you change devices, use Restore purchases in the app, on the Premium page or under Profile › Settings, to get Premium back.
- Premium has no free trial. Without it, a few models are free and the rest, the AR view and keeping more than three builds need Premium.
Playing safely
Magnetic tiles contain magnets. Follow the age guidance and safety warnings of your tiles’ maker, keep an eye on young children while they build, and stop using any tile that is cracked or broken. Builds can wobble and fall, so build on the floor or a low table, away from faces and pets.
Your use of the app
Use Magitile for your own and your family’s enjoyment. Do not copy, sell or redistribute its builds, pictures or software, or try to take them apart.
The builds
We test every build, but magnetic tiles differ between brands and sets, so a build may need small changes to stand with yours. Magitile is not affiliated with or endorsed by any magnetic tile brand, and brand names belong to their owners.
Your account
You can use Magitile as a guest, or sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete it at any time under Profile › Settings › Delete account; see the Privacy Policy for what that removes.
Warranty and liability
Magitile is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for injury or damage from building with magnetic tiles; your rights under the law where you live are not affected by this.
Changes
We may update these terms as Magitile changes. We will post the new version here with a new date; continuing to use Magitile after that means you accept it.
